104 hours of training course to millers, technicians, graduates, industry, agro-technicians, land surveyors organized by AIFO Association, involving three cities in Italy: Rome, Ancona and Cagliari.

The course aims to provide theoretical and practical information in order to ensure proper management of the mill, with topics that concern the evaluation parameters of the raw material and its corporate management by assessing the impact on the quality of the oil, according to the methods of processing and conservation.
