From the 25th to the 29th of September 2017, thanks to AIPO Verona, and with the collaboration of Pieralisi Group, a course dedicated to olive oil millers took place: it was five days long and was split between Verona and Jesi.

The course consisted in 40 hours and saw the participation of high quality professors from the olive oil world, from both AIPO and Pieralisi Group. They guided the millers in a fast learning program

The main goal of the course, at the end, was to update the millers about the new trends of olive oil field, particularly about the management of the mill, chemical and sensory oil properties, planning and administration management, etc. The training has been built to provide a high quality education with two learning phases: one in the classroom and another one more practical in house.

. From the 25th to the 27th  of September, at Service Center of Agriculture Development, Loc. Casotto, Bosco di Sona (VR) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
. From the 28th to the 29th of September at Pieralisi Group S.p.a., Via Don Battistoni 1, Jesi (An) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
