Oil mill and its surroundings: Azienda Agricola Anteata of Daniele Lepori

"A good beginning makes a good ending." It is really true. When I bought Azienda Agricola Anteata, thanks to my father help, it was the year 2004, the farm was in Tuscany on the Amiata mountainside with hundreds of Olivastra Taggese olive trees and a wonderful house.
In 2005, to produce olive oil, I thought of processing the olives on my own and after building a warehouse, I bought a small oil mill, the Molinetto of Pieralisi Group. I used to spend in my oil mill up to sixteen hours per day, as I wanted to learn quickly and comprehend the harmony that is established among the Man, the Machine and the Olives in creating that wonderful product called Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  

During my days spent taking care of Molinetto while running, I was often stopped by the owners of small olive groves, bordering my property, asking me to process their olives too. Molinetto was not any more enough for the production doubling, I was barely able to process my olives and was so that the year after I bought three 500 litres kneaders, the M1 decanter and a Bravo separator, all signed Pieralisi.
With the new plant I had more time available to satisfy other customers, with reasonable waiting time never exceeding 36 hours between the olives delivery and the kneading start.

The desire to improve has always been a constant spring of my business and in 2007 I decided to add a Pieralisi washing machine to increase the quality of the oil. I went on with a plant with a capacity of 6/7 tons per hours until the 2009 campaign.
Cause of the increase in the number of customers, before the 2010 campaign I completely renewed my plant from a logistic and a technological point of view, installing a Molinova TG. The capacity is now over 11 tons per hours and my customers wait for their oil no more then 24 hours form the olives delivery.

What is the very important thing is that I matured over the years the desire to create an always better product, understanding that evolution in agronomic field must be supported by an equally evolution in technology and fortunately I found an excellent partner, Pieralisi. 
Today I have installed the powerful centrifugal extractor Jumbo 2 together with the separator Valente and pretty soon I will double the number of the kneading modules Molinova.
