The winning choice of the Jukić Oil mill

It was inaugurated hte last 20 October 2012, the Oil mill Jukić, in a modern and technological structure, thanks to decision to make use of the most advanced Pieralisi plants, in a wide and ethereal headquarters. It has just founded and it has already hold his first record. The oil mill Jukić is the first oil mill in Croatia to be equipped with the Leopard centrifugal extractor, which is the last and innovative decanter producted by Pieralisi.

The owner Jukić Tihomir has said with ambition “Our purpose is to achieve a total production capacity between 1.900-2.800 kg of olives per hour, for that we choose the leader in this sector, Pieralisi Group and the most advanced technological plants.
This partnership gives us the security to be on the right way to be identified everywhere for the quality of our extra-virgin olive oil and for the high production efficiency, reaching top competitiveness."

The Oil mill Jukić is situated in Poličnik, Zadar and it has the innovative Leopard centrifugal extractor, model 5, integrated with the new automatic continuous plant Molinova serie Oro, designed for batch processing, it is completely automated and able to run also in continuous, the top product of the Pieralisi range, that it made up with 6 kneaders and with Marte separator, which is equipped with the automatic washing system MISTER CIP.
