Pasquinoni Family has been passing on the tradition and the passion for olive oil production from generation to generation.The know how of the artisan and the new technologies mix together to create an incredible product, which during the ancient age the famous poet Omero called “liquid gold”. The extra virgin olive oil excels for its taste, therapeutic effects and high digestibility: it is for these reasons that Olive Oil is the key condiment of the Mediterranean diet.
“During the ‘60s we understood that the olive oil had great potential – says Silvano Pasquinoni, President of oil mill – because of its superior taste and nutritional facts. After a detailed analysis of the players in the industry, we chose Pieralisi Group, starting by introducing their Monoduplex with cross hammers. Three years later, we added another press that we have kept until 1976, when I personally started managing the mill”.
Pasquinoni Family realized that the technology was improving over the years; thus, they decided to replace their presses with a Decanter Super 1, a Sicily kneading machine and two Separator 1500/2000 with automatic discharge. The Pasquinonis have always meticulously followed the instructions of Pieralisi’s technicians, upgrading their machines from time to time as they suggested. In 1985, in fact, they have then included another production line with two kneading machines of 700 liters and another Decanter Super 1.
After jumping into the new millennium, the passion for quality and the desire to keep up with innovation led the company to change again: in fact, Decanter Super 1 and Sicily kneading machine have been replaced respectively with the centrifugal extractor Jumbo 2 and three kneading machines of 700l. Over time then, the family has always been up to date with the Pieralisi technology, all the way until recently, when with they first bought the Leopard 6 and ultimately the latest jewel born at Pieralisi, the Protoreattore®.

The passion for technological innovation, strength of Pieralisi, never forgets about design. In fact, over the years, the Group has always combined efficiency and innovation with very attractive esthetics.
“Also the design wants its role –continue Pasquinoni – and Pieralisi has demonstrated to have big taste for this, proposing machines of great taste and nice appeal. To work with Pieralisi machines, for me, means to become part of a big family: when I was young, in 1967-1968, I used to go to Jesi with my parents, and Pieralisi Group has been with Paquinoni’s olive oil mill ever since.”
