Several extra virgin olive oils extracted with Pieralisi technology obtained the famous leaves of Gambero Rosso.
Among these, the ones extracted with the Decanter Multi Phase stand out as a confirmation of the excellent performance that the innovative extraction system developed by Pieralisi guarantees.

- Frantoi Cutrera (RG) with Primo DopMonti Iblei Monocultivar Tonda Iblea, Gran Cru Monocultivar Nocellara del Belice, Gran Cru Monocultivar Cerasuola e Riserva Monocultivar Tonda Ible.
Pieralisi Leopard with DMF technology is the only two-phase decanter producing a dehydrated husk similar to the one coming from a three-phase decanter; it also recovers a certain quantity of husk, called pâté, made up of wet pulp without any traces of kernel.
This pâté is ideal for various uses (agronomic use, animal feeding, human consumption, biomass energy and cosmetic industry) turning a by-product to be disposed of into added value for the miller.
