With the Serie Oro plant, watching the milling goes back to being an emotional experience. The customer follows the processing of his own olives “step by step”, watches them going on the conveyor up to leaves removing and washing, after the crushing, finds the milled paste in the kneader, scenographically illuminated, visualizing at once both times and processing temperatures, up to the exit of his own oil.
