Finance Manager

The ideal candidate is expected to:

• Effectively manage the Finance Department.
• Fulfill all Accounting & Tax obligations.
• Prepare Financial Reports.
• Develop Business Proposals to facilitate Strategic Decision Making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control the financial operations of the Legal Entity, including supervising staff.
• Monitor and comply with all obligations to public funds and agencies.
• Manage and process all tax matters of the company.
• Coordinate and monitor cashflow, credit control and timely payment of company liabilities.
• Monitor the company's commercial, pricing and credit policy and collaborate with all company’s departments.
• Ensure, maintain and implement financial audits and propose changes to existing procedures where necessary.
• Prepare the analytical budget and forecast (economic and financial) according to HQ requirements.
• Prepare Management Reporting (monthly results, deviations, corrective actions to achieve predetermined goals).
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly data and closure process in cooperation with HQ Finance Dept
• Maintain excellent relationships and cooperation with external partners (auditors, banks, etc.).
• Maintain excellent relationship and improving cooperation with Central Finance in HQ

Qualifications required:

• At least 7-8 years of relevant work experience at executive level, preferably at multinational companies.
• Excellent knowledge of technical aspects of accounting (e.g., IAS/IFRS), controlling and financial management activities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• MBA or Postgraduate degree in related subjects.
• Adequacy on tax booking, corporate income tax, VAT etc
• Excellent knowledge on investment programs & procedures
• Excellent knowledge of English - spoken & written.
• Computer literacy – M/S Office, ERP programs
